Bio

Zoe Bower is a Los Angeles based writer-producer. A 2016 graduate of the UCLA MFA Screenwriting program, Zoe is the winner of the David C. Baumgarten Award, the Jay Grossman Comedy Writing Award, and Humanitas finalist. 

Zoe earned a BA in Film and Media Studies at UC Santa Barbara before moving to Los Angeles, where she began working in post production on feature films. Zoe has worked as a post production coordinator on 18 studio and independent films, including Guardians of the Galaxy, Divergent, A Single Man and The Runaways.  

At UCLA, Zoe served as a graduate teaching apprentice at School of Theater, Film and Television, where she taught film structure and screenwriting fundamentals. In her spare time, Zoe enjoys teaching the creative process and mentoring young writers.
